Sales in the Covington market inched up to 26 homes sold over the last 30 days, while the number of sellers reducing their list prices reached 20, which continues an established upward trend in price reductions. The median sales price dropped to $339,475, down from last week's $345,000. With only two months of inventory and rising sales, Covington is a definite seller's market.
